Scawfell Genetics expansion – To fulfil the market demand highlighted by our customers we have launched a new arm to our business ibreeder which completes our genetics service by enabling cattle breeders to have an outlet to buy and sell their cattle genetics stored at Scawfell.
Scawfell Genetics customers have grown exponentially with breeders moving to Scawfell from their current genetics storage and distribution provider, due to its low-cost semen and fast delivery service, this has been a game-changer in the genetics industry which has always been previously known to have long delivery lead times

Invoicing & Administration
Scawfell Genetics expansion with ibreeder enables breeders to list their semen and embryos on a platform actively promoting their genetics to the industry but also taking care of all the administration and handling for you.
ibreeder will advertise, promote, invoice, collect payment and dispatch your semen and organise embryo transfer for you.
Payments & commission
A 20% commission will be deducted from all sales proceeds and you will receive an automatic bank transfer from ibreeder directly to your bank account.
Semen Delivery
Our fully licensed semen storage facility and distribution network can transfer to all parts of the UK Mainland within 48hrs of a purchase being made.
Export semen
Export-qualified semen can also be shipped worldwide and we will take care of all the paperwork involved with export shipments.
ibreeder Ecommerce Platform
ibreeder is an exciting new ecommerce platform for the purchase and sale of semen and embryos from all cattle breeds both dairy and beef.
The ibreeder website is open for all breeders to list and sell their semen and embryos on the provision that their semen is stored and distributed by Scawfell Genetics.

Bull Stud Expansion
Scawfell Genetics is expanding its bull stud capacity, having built more quarantine pens and additional pens on the main stud. Also expanding the domestic and export storage capacity with the addition of new tanks to manage the business growth.
